Architectural Documents

You will receive two sets of Documents. One for personal viewing ( 8.5" x 11" ) and another for contractors to plot (24" x 36")

Each set of documents will contain Floorplans, Sections, Elevations, 3D Views, Item Schedules (Windows, Doors, and Rooms,) a Roof Plan, and any other details that might need to be annotated.

Weekly Meetings

Depending on your preference of platform, we would set up virtual meetings each week to discuss my general progress, and any changes or concerns you might have. You would also have the ability to contact me personally via text at anytime.

Time Report

Using time-tracking software, a report will be created showing the number of hours I spent working on the project. The report will also include the total billing amount.
